JEFF (from the unreleased liner notes circa 2000): "our pop-punk masterpiece"
lyrics
I can’t go, I’m out of cash, and I’m too scared to steal my food. Though I’m so free, I’m bound to calendars and to days that move faster than me. Yeah, we’ve got songs – they’re all contrived and tied down to “native language”… Migraines gained from stressing over something good-for-nothing. I want relief from this contrivance- but that sentence just made sense, and so I’m trapped by my compliance to solve every uttered puzzle. This one’s just for now, borne from “present-day frustrations”… Things not often felt, but often screamed at practice. I’m fucked for solving puzzles (isn’t it obvious), but I never could have known (culture).
